Our Traffic Control course covers a range of essential topics to ensure participants are well-prepared for the responsibilities of a TCP:
- Roles and responsibilities of TCP Assistant, employers, and supervisors.
- Compliance with regulations and standards set by authorities such as the Ministry of Transportation, WorkSafeBC, and the Motor Vehicle Act.
- Handling traffic control equipment and devices, including personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Setting up, maintaining, and removing work zones safely.
- Working around equipment and managing traffic flow efficiently.
